Tomorrow, there will be a lot of attention on Ennesimo Academy, and in the evening, the screening of the first selection of short films is scheduled at the Astoria Theater in Fiorano Modenese
It was all sold-out for the first day of the Ennesimo Film Festival. Yesterday, Sunday, April 28th, at the Astoria Theater in Fiorano Modenese, the four showings at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 9 p.m. of ‘A Cup of Stormy Sea’ were sold out. Around eighty people, including many children, boarded the hold of Moby Dick and experienced, through the storytelling of Roberto Abbiati, the journey on the world’s most famous whaling ship.
Tomorrow, the week begins with a focus on the Academy students, who in Fiorano Modenese, thanks to the partnership with Comix, will meet at 8:30 a.m. with digital creator Fillo Megna. This will be followed by a screening of shorts from the Ennesima Youth Selection. In the afternoon, at 2 p.m., filming of ‘Grinta’ will continue with director Nils Wandervaeren and class 1B from the Leopardi middle school in Fiorano, the class that won the Incipit project. In the Madonna Pellegrina school auditorium in Modena, at 6 p.m., Academy students will present the productions from the course ‘Your City’. At 8:30 p.m., we return to the Astoria Theater in Fiorano with the first selection, ‘Out of Focus’: after a meeting with local sports clubs, there will be a screening of short films centered around the theme of sports.sold
Over 50 events spread across six municipalities, 197 short films, and thousands of expected participants. Ennesimo Film Festival is back for its ninth edition, bigger than ever. The festival, based in Fiorano Modenese, will last for eight days, from Sunday, April 28th to Sunday, May 5th, and will be open, as always, to the public free of charge.
