Miguel is 9 years old and obsessed with singer Mariah Carey. He goes to a Catholic school and one day his class is challenged by the nuns to sell calendars of the Virgin Mary. When he finds out that he won’t be able to keep the profits from the calendar sales like he thought, he decides to take act.

Nato in Portogallo e laureato all’ESTC di Lisbona, lavora come montatore e produttore per importanti realtà cinematografiche. Nel 2020 ha co-fondato il collettivo Fátima Filmes. Dopo il debutto con A Emancipação de Mimi (2025), è attualmente in post-produzione con il suo secondo film, Banho Santo.
Born in Portugal and a graduate of ESTC Lisbon, he works as an editor and producer for leading film companies. In 2020, he co-founded the Fátima Filmes collective. Following his debut with A Emancipação de Mimi (2025), he is currently in post-production on his second film, Banho Santo
